CALL FOR DONATIONS

When you donate to a registered charity, such as La SAMS Society for the Arts in Health Care Settings), you receive a tax credit of 20% at the provincial level and 14.5% at the federal level for the first $200 donated. Above $200, these rates increase, up to 25.5% provincially and 33% federally. Combined, these credits generally represent nearly half of the donation amount.

This form comes from Zeffy, a Quebec-based online donation platform that offers a 100% free service to non-profit organizations. Thanks to this, your entire donation to La SAMS directly to our mission. When you complete your transaction, Zeffy will ask you to make a voluntary contribution (as a percentage) to help fund the platform's operations. This contribution is entirely optional: you can change it or reduce it to $0 by selecting "Other" from the drop-down menu and entering the desired amount. Whatever you choose, the full amount indicated as a donation will be given to our organization.

For as little as $100, allow a musician from La SAMS to perform solo
With a donation of $400, brighten up the afternoon of hospital patients with a duet La SAMS
With a donation of $4,000, become the patron of a musician to participate in 20 concerts per year
With a donation of $5,000, sponsor the health care facility of your choice for a series of 8 concerts
