This form comes from Zeffy, a Quebec-based online donation platform that offers a 100% free service to non-profit organizations. This means that your entire donation to La SAMS directly to our mission.

When completing your transaction, Zeffy will ask you to make a voluntary contribution (in the form of a percentage) to help fund the smooth running of the platform.

This contribution is entirely optional: you can modify it or reduce it to $0 by selecting "Other" from the drop-down menu and entering the desired amount. Regardless of your choice, the entire amount indicated as a donation will be given to our organization.

With a donation of $400, brighten up the afternoon of hospital patients with a duet La SAMS
With a donation of $4,000, become the patron of a musician to participate in 20 concerts per year
With a donation of $5,000, sponsor the health care facility of your choice for a series of 8 concerts
