In this context, the Mécénat Placements Culture (MPC) programme aims to ensure the autonomy and financial security of non-profit organisations in the fields of culture and communications.
More specifically, the :
- stimulates the creation of permanent funds;
- encourages the development and practice of fundraising.
To do so, it targets financial assistance offered in the form of donations and contributions by donors (individuals or private corporations), foundations or other registered charitable organizations in Quebec, as well as certain sums available to organizations to build up their funds.
